dtgmaze
Hi, As Google Chrome will be starting to indicate that a webshop "form field" is insecure when not using https. I want to implement HTTPS on my Webshop. As transferring from http to https can be a BAD thing for SEO, I was wondering it would be possible to only put the Account creattion\payment process on HTTPS. What are you guys doing, regarding this comming update and can we prevent SEO disaster? bellini13
if you enable SSL, but disable force every page option, doesn't that do what you want?
dtgmaze
Hi, Thanks for the answer, were is that option you are talking about? It looks like you can only put the complete site on ssl http://www.fastcomet.com/tutorials/prestashop16/how-to-configure-your-store-with-ssl-support
shokinro
After you enable SSL by clcking that link (make sure you have SSL certificate installed), a new option should appears to indicate if you would like to enable SSL for all pages or only account/checkout pages. shokinro
make sure your SSL certificate has been installed correctly and also make sure you have set the store domain correctly - ensure Shop domain and SSL domain it is setting at back office - Preferences - SEO & URLs tab.
