Front office not loading, back office fine, error 524, 500 & mysql too many connections

 

Hi

I already been searched everywhere, i won't to start a solved topic again. First of all i want to say thanks for going to read my poor English

 

My problem is My front office not working sometimes it shows error 500, sometimes shows mysql error too many connections and most of the times it shows error 524 by cloudflare.

 

But interesting thing is when it's on maintenance, that's mean i'm disabling the shop then it showing well, which is shop is on under maintenance, will be back soon.

 

When i enable the shop then suffering to visit back office also and when i use the command sh /script/restart-all then back office is well as before.

 

i'm facing this problem from 3 days when i moved my website from a old hosting to new hosting (both control panel is kloxo 7, server was vps now dedicated) searched everywhere as possible as but nothing is working.

 

Already i've done

* .htaccess deleted,

* sh /script/fix-all, restart, clean-all,

* installed kloxo 3/4 times properly

 

Configuration

*Using Prestashop 1.6.1.7

*mysql mariaDB-myisam

*CentOS 6

*Kloxo 7

 

 

Any help will be appreciated

a common mistake of moving to new hosting is compatiblity.

 

to assure compatibility, download fresh ps of  your version

 

then install normally on your new hosting, ps will run through compatibility checks.  this saves countless time if there are compatibility issues.

 

also you can check advanced parm-->configuration which may show some compatibility issues, but the installer is more comprehensive.

 

So start there, make sure hosting environment is compatible.

i just checked my advance parameter > configuration and compatibility, it seems like as before.

hosting configuration is almost same, ->

 

was vps - centos6 - kloxo control panel 7

 

now deidicated - centos6 - kloxo control panel 7

 

note: under maintenance is showing well but when i enable the shop from Preference > Maintenance it's not loading again.

When under maintenance, full back office working well, but after enable my shop back office also not working sometimes. then i use the command 'sh /script/restart-all' back office working again.

Do you have any error logs? Especially with regard to the error 500 those may be useful.

did you google http 524?

sorry short on time...but when you get error, that is 'not' php prestashop specific, google it, http 524 for example...maybe cloudflare issue.  Do you have a webmaster friend that can help you?  maybe you should stay on old hosting if you cannot move it yourself.
