I can´t access to my backoffice I get ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

I tried in differents computers and I tried to delete cache of my browser and still nothing.

I don´t know what to do.

Someone know what is due to?

What site ? Try to turn on debug in config file and see what it gives.

Have you moved your domain? For example from your_shop.com to your_new_shop.com?

1. make sure your store domain is set correctly, you can check database - ps_shop_url

2. try to clear your browser cache/cookie

3. have you installed any 3rd party module that change store URL? if so, try to disable those modules.

Go to phpMyAdmin and change it to https://vivharaesthetic.com/

 

Btw You enter backoffice with https ? or http ?

Log in on Your server thro ftp

go to /config/defines.inc.php <-enter the file

 

find

define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false);

change to

define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true);

I've enable  the debug error and saved changes in my ftp:

And try to change folder Backoffice to admin.

Hmm this is starnge. Try to turn of cache and clear it inside the backoffice. Turn off all non prestashop modules in options in backoffice should be one button [on] and [off]

After that chnage that change that folder Backoffice to admin and then delete class_index.php

 

 

Btw what server You have all that stuff ? Its dedicated or VPS ? If VPS go to log folder check database and apache2 logs and see what gives You there.

I scan the site and I found virus

My server is VPS I believe, but I don't see  any database or apache2 logs in the log folder.

At this point I don´t know what else i can do

can you try to turn off SEO friendly URL option at back office - Preference tab and click save.

And then turn it back to on and save again.

I just did it and .htaccess has been updated correctly: Last Modified Today, 12:13

if you have set store domain correctly and .htaccess is also generated correctly, usually it should be working.

do have any other 3rd party modules installed that may affect the URL rewrite and URL redirecting?

I tried to disabe all the third party modules and nothing. I don't know why I can not acces to my backoffice but I guess It's because my web is infected. I have contacted a company that says they can solve the problem(I hope so), if they do I will share how do they do it.

Btw, when I changed my hosting, I went from http to https (about a month ago), but it was this week when I was unable to acces Backoffice.

Finally my backoffice is working again,

It was due to my prestashop was infected, there was corrupt files.

Wow i wonder if it was exploit infection. What ps wersion You had / have ?

1.6.0.14 I don't really know they only told me that it wasn't a virus, it was some corrupt files due to an executable that placed the hacker.

yes sometimes core files corrupted during installation or transfer, it will causes issue. as long as you restore it, it will become normal.
