What happened with the kind of seller?

Hi,

I know Prestashop allows a seller can sell module on Prestashop Addon and they can also sell on their own website. But what happened if the module's price on their website is lower than on Prestashop Addon?

They also sell on other markets: 

http://buy-addons.com/store/ 

https://codecanyon.net/user/taydosoft/portfolio

All module's price on other markets (other websites) are lower than on Prestashop Addons.

He can't sale same modules on Addons Marketplace and CodeCanyon, it's forbidden by EnvatoMarket rules.

I think it is forbidden by Prestashop Addons rules too. Because price is lower than on PS Addons.
