rocky Posted September 30, 2016 Share Posted September 30, 2016 Perhaps your MySQL user doesn't have permission to modify the database? If that's the case, you can go to your cPanel, click the "MySQL Databases" button, click the MySQL user you entered when installing PrestaShop and then make sure they have "All Privileges", then click "Make Changes".
