pause4paws
PrestaShop 1.6.1.7 I'm configuring a new, single store. My shop is in maintenance mode. I can't access my website to view my changes. It was working until yesterday. I tried fixing it by updating the IP address, even though my IP address has not changed. I tried this on two other computers in different locations with their IP addresses and still only get the under maintenance page the public sees. vekia
go to google.com and type "what is my ip" is your ip from google equal to the ip that you added to maintenance mode accepted ip numbers?
pause4paws
Hi, Vekia, No. I Googled "what is my ip?" and it came back with about 24 numbers and letters. I searched how to translate the 24 numbers and letters into a normal IP address, but can't find it. When I "ADD my IP" from Prefs / Maintenance (shop disabled) the IP is completely different from my IP found here: http://www.whatsmyip.org/ So three IP's and nothing works. I hope you can figure out what else it may be, please? Thank you! (I love your Scrolltop free module!) Today I went to work on my website and it was inaccessible again. I checked my ip with Google and it was different. Do I have to do this every day? pause4paws
Got it. I had TM disable geo location, so that's one problem down and who knows how many to go! Thanks. By the way, I am working on my catalog. My logo has been set for a while. I'm grateful for tiny blessings!
