modprestashop
Then you should be developer. It is not only about HTML. You need to override AddressController to handle modification about city names and backend facility to manage cities.

El Patron
ps is by country catalog, shipping/prices/taxes/loads of stuff (but not groups funny enough by country, or not so funny) while we can drill down to state already....but it's only useful at address level. from that one would extend concept of city, i.e. under state. but unless we marry state/city to country level catalog... I like the autocomplete idea but for more robust localization without customizaton and as related to shipping level also look at something like this: http://addons.prestashop.com/en/18379-shipping-cost-by-zip-postal-code-country-state-city.html at the end of the day, because ps is country localized.....and built on a eucentric idea...drill down for a large country where we have country/state/city (think localized zipcodes), the we won't see in-roads into US market. happy day, el
