Move search bar and cart on top of Image slider module

Hi.  I've just installed the Layer Slider by WebshopWorks as a banner on my site.  So far so good and it looks great.  www.mcconks.com

 

However, I would like the cart icon and the search bar to be superimposed on the slider pictures.  Is this possible?

 

If not, anyone got any good ideas about placement of the search bar and the cart, because they look pretty awful where they currently are

Hi, in your backoffice open modules->positions find your slider module and change position for it.

The answer you were all looking for was " you can't do it, so stop wasting your time.  However, why don't you create buttons/links in the image slider itself.  That will look really cool"

you can do it also with css styles for block cart and block search

if you will use position:absolute with some high z-index param - it will appear all the time on the slider
