"Modules & Services" doesn't work when switching back to 1.6.1.7 from 1.7

I was given with following error when click on "Modules and Services",

 

PrestaShop] Fatal error in module file :/var/www/html/modules/blockreassurance/blockreassurance.php:

Interface 'PrestaShop\PrestaShop\Core\Module\WidgetInterface' not found

 

I checked the files and couldn't find blockresssurance.php but blockreinsurance.php in 1.6.1.7, may i know if this is due to 1.7?

 

I did a roll back by just replacing all the 1.7 with 1.6.1.7.

how you switched to 1.7 ?

I started directly to 1.7 and then found out that we need a more stable platform, hence go to 1.6.1.7.

but how exactly did you do that?  you can't simply copy the 1.6 files over a 1.7 installation and expect it to work.  there is no downgrade option either, you will need to properly install 1.6
