PayPal Error 10525 - Error on free product or coupon

Hello guys, here I am once again I need your help.

 

I explain my problem.

 

My shop has a fixed delivery of € 30 after adding 300 Euros or more products become free.

 

Now this is what I did! I discounted the product to a customer by creating a fixed rate coupon that also includes free shipping.

 

Added to cart shows a total 0.12 euro cents but arrived at the PayPal payment returns the following error

ERROR OCCURRED:

L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10525
L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Invalid Data
L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> This transaction cannot be processed. The amount to be charged is zero.

I have two errors, the first is by the paypal, while the second is that in the cart always shows the cost of shipping.

The coupon has free shipping but on the cart page always shows 30€, if you continue  in the order steps you will see free shipping!!

 

 

 

You know some solution to these two problems??

without all of the specifics, i can't really provide you with support.  however it sounds like the customer is trying to buy a product for .12 cents.  perhaps that cost is too low, or is being rounded down to zero, and you can't pay someone zero dollars at paypal.
