saki.rahmatullah
Hi all; Good day I have created Profie > ApplicationModerator, in permission menu I have tried to give some permission to ApplicationModerator, but I am getting following message SuperAdmin Logistician Translator Salesman ApplicationAdmin ApplicationModerator OfficeAdmin Administrator permissions cannot be modified. Is any one here to help me??
selectshop.at
Please open only one same support question, the others were deleted. You added a new profile, BUT you are editing administrator profile, which you cannot edit. Choose the correct profile from the list and you will be done. BTW, please always name also the Prestashop version in use, if you are having configuration problems.

selectshop.at
If you are logged as SuperAdmin, than you are editing the profile of SuperAdmin, which of course is not editable. As written before you should select the account OfficeAdmin to edit the profile and give them correct rights, and not SuperAdmin profile.

selectshop.at
what exactly is not working ? - settings you made are not applying ? - you are having error when saving ? - you tested it with an OfficeAdmin account logged ? You need to log-out and than login as OfficeAdmin. AND please after logout delete the cache and coockie sessions of your browser and than login as OfficeAdmin and not as SuperAdmin account. I confirm, that this feature is working out-of-the-box (with ps 1.6.1.6) without bugs, if correct configured and used.
