Prestashop loads fine on mobile, but too long on PC

I'm new to prestashop and just installed it for the first time on server. The proble is that when I open the page form my PC it takes about 10 seconds to load, but when i do it on my smatrtphone it loads quick (about 1-2 seconds). I enabled profiling to check what's wrong, but I don't really know what are usual(good) loading times for different things. There is printscreen of this, maybe you can help me with this:

the loading performance depends on many factors, for example

server performance - network - your PC performance(browser)

 

the page for PC loads more contents than mobile, it might be a little slow.

 

assume it is on server performance, you may need check your store performance, make sure it is optimised.

if that is the case, it could be something related to your server itself performance - could be related to server resource limitation.

You may try to consult with your service provider technical support.
