BUG: Priority in Cart Rules not works - PS 1.6

Hi, 

 

 

 

I set up the priority but it doesn't works, because if i have two vouchers

 

1 - 10% -- priority 1

 

2 - 20% -- priority 2

 

 

 

Total products = 100 Euro

 

Now for PS the amount of the discounts are:

 

1 - 10 euro

 

2 - 20 Euro

 

 

Total Discount 30 Euro

Total Order: 70 Euro

 

 

While the correct discounts should be:

 

1 - 10 euro

 

2 - 18 Euro

 

Total discount : 28 Euro.

 

Total Order: 72 Euro

 

please let me know; how can fix it.

This is a big BUG.
