RC1 - FO error on link "contact us"

installed RC1 today and get following error in the FO when i click the footer link "contact us"

Hi, it is recommended to open bug report on forge, the 1.7 Development team will then see and can action your report.  I've been testing 1.7 myself and opened several bug reports that were actioned.

 

You can open bug report here for 1.7.  In subject I include which version I am testing,  i.e beta3, rc(0)/(1), this helps them know easily the release.
