Vouchers Not Highlighting Under Cart if Minimum Order is More than 1

Afternoon,

 

I recently upgraded from 1.6.0.6 to 1.6.1.7 and lost a nice feature. All the vouchers I have set to Highlight under the cart don't show up unless it's a "percentage off" coupon or "minimum order is set to 1" only. If a voucher/discount is set to 10 of the same products in the cart, it doesn't highlight the voucher description at the bottom of the cart.

 

Any help would be appreciated. I have cleared cache, checked the database for cart_features to be "1", and can only get a "10 or more" discount to work if I change the 10 to a 1.

You mean it's not displaying even if you have 10+ products in the cart? And it was before upgrading? I guess it's a newly introduced bug, kinda hard to troubleshoot at this point

@nemps It does display and calculate the discount if 10+ products are in the cart.

 

It doesn't highlight the possible quantity discount below the voucher box. Nothing shows up under "Take advantage of our exclusive offers:" They only show if the minimum is set to 1, not 10.

@nemps installed a fresh copy of 1.6.1.8 and the cart doesn't highlight a voucher if the "minimum quantity" is set above 1 in cart rules.

 

I have created a bug report and received some nice correspondence however it's been over a week of no update. Do you know anyone who could bump the issue along?
