Column appearance prestashop not working

Hi,

 

I have just installed a new theme (without sample data). I now have the following problem. 

 

I try to disable the left and right column in the product and other pages but these pages are not showing up under Column appaerance in the advanced settings of my new theme (see screenshot attached). The only thing page that is showing up is "module-cronjobs-callback".

 

Can someone help me with this? I now have the Best Sellers columns left and right from the center column op my product pages.

Do you have the same issue with the default bootstrap template?
Is your prestashop a clean  install or upgrade?

Thank you for the quick reply. I don't know if I have the same issue with the bootstrap template. Can I test this without problems?

 

This is an upgrade.

You might need to re-adjust some modules, depending on the template's settings
Which version did you upgrade from?

I have found a solution, I can create a new Column per page in ps_theme_meta with phpmyadmin. After creating this new Columns, this page appears on the Column Appaerances and it is possible to change the column settings.
