kraken234
Hello, I have small problem. When a customer has a free shipping, that information automatically hides in shipping cart summary and in dropdown menu. But for customers is better to see this info in whole process of order. I set free shipping from X kilograms. Is there any way how to set visible FREE shiping in order/summary page and in the menu? Thanks PS: Dropdown cart menu in the shopping cart summary/order page shows lines Free shipping, Tax and Total. But on the front page, shipping info is hidden, only Tax and Total value is displayed. premiumshoping
Some one recommended and I can solve carrier now! Thank you so much. a) Check Countries Check Zones c) Check limits set to carriers. d) Check Products - some might have a carrier disabled and therefore you're not able to make an order. e) Check Warehouses if you have advanced stock managment allowed f) Check modules, as there are some modules that might have an influence on carriers in Prestashop.
