Rearanging products in category PrestaShop 1.6 not working?

Hey.

 

Please can somebody help me?

I have prestashop version 1.6 in older versions I always used move and rearrange products in category with arrows and worked perfectly but now somehow in one category it works and in another one it dosen't? 
I tried the Backoffice -> Preferences -> Products and change the sorting of the item to position within category, but you need also to set:

Backoffice -> Preferences -> Products -> Default order way: Ascending  but nothing changes?

 

Please I need help ASAP?

You should be able to sort products in category by going to

Backoffice > Catalog > Products and Filter by Category you want.

Then you can move products on Position column.

I did that but when I move products from one place to another and page get refreshed it automatically jumps back to original position?
