Problem Prestashop 1.6.1.4 - Sitemap

I use Prestashop 1.6.1.4 to online shop.
There are problems at google webmaster tools -> HTML Improvements -> Duplicate meta descriptions, Short meta descriptions, and Duplicate title tags

 

For example, link the correct url is:
http://jualserver.com/dell-pe-r730/dell-poweredge-r730

not;
http://jualserver.com/dell-pe-r730/32-dell-poweredge-r730.html or
http://jualserver.com/23-dell-pe-r730/32-dell-poweredge-r730.html

This problem is because I make improvements to the website to delete all the data, and create a new website.
causing problems at google webmaster tools.

I hope from the experts prestashop, to provide input and the best advice.
