How style active item block permanent links header

I have PS 1.6.1.2, on my site  have the "Block permanent links module HEADER" with some custom links, and need to highlight the active item on the list of permanent links block, corresponding to current page, of course only if the current page is one of the links of the Permanent Links at header...
