Validator: A file should declare new symbols (classes, functions, constants, etc.)

Can please someone explains to me what this means? My class is written perfectly and followed the same guides as most of the Prestashop's modules.

 

It seems like a warning. Will the technical department reject my submition for this?

Warning is about line 29 and 32 but you didn't share that part. Please show your 29 and 30 line of code or till the 30th line of your code so one can find the actual problem to help you.

I encounter this warning all the time when I validate my modules. I still haven't found a way to fix it.

 

Luckily, all my modules have been validated even with these warnings.
