Missing mysql.sock file

dear all, 

 

i can't remember whether i deleted the file accidentally or what i had done to cause the file missing while i was doing some cleanup for my directory.

i got this error suddenly and i have no idea how to regenrate this file. i have try install the prestashop again but it did not help. i also try to restore my backup but the same error appear when i tried to load my website. 

 

may i know what command i can use in phpmyadmin to regenerate this file?
