Is there a way to Redirect Contact us to external link?

The contact us at the top of the page I cannot get to remove.. SO Im hoping to redirect that to my external ticket system.

 

I either need to remove that contact us all together, or have it point to my Hdesk ticket system

 

Ive tried to remove the link with no success.. so I am hoping its just easier to redirect.

(Its very hard for us to have both the contact and ticket system.. we need all issues / questions in one area, hence our ticket system.)

It's the "Contact Block" that adds that link. You can disable that module on the "Modules and Services" tab if you can't using it. If you are using it elsewhere and just want to remove it from the navigation bar, go to Modules > Positions, scroll down to the "displayNav" section and then delete the module from there.
