problem from mobile

Hi, I have almost completed the renovation of one of my site precisely with prestashop, and we say it works quite well, are undergoing various tests payments etc ... I find myself with a problem for me almost inexplicable, I read various posts but I do not it seems that others had the same problem, namely: desktop all ok (certainly not a splinter but cmq works well), everything seems ok payments, sending mail, etc .., the problems come from mobile, the most annoying: I make an order, I choose paypal, until in paypal, make payment, the order arrives at the BO, the payment ok, but not more redirects me to the confirmation page, it gives me a erorre 500, trying with other cell so other browsers I just always blank page, if I look at the address that is shown on the browser seems accurate with your order number at the end.

The problem manifests itself only by the mobile, desktop okay, I refer to the confirmation page.

Other intermittent problems that known by phone, have a few pages unresponsive. only to recharge by itself after a few seconds,

Now the only thing I can come up with is the slow progress on the mobile .... the host is One.com,
