Unica e-shop
Hi all Today i changed my webhotel domain www.unicae-shop.uk to www.unicae-shop.dk, i already owned the url www.unicae-shop.dk as i domain but without the webhotel, so today i switched the webhotel domain www.unicae-shop.uk to www.unicae-shop.dk, and before that i took backup of all the files and the database, and uploaded it back when i finished switching, and then i changed PS_SHOP_DOMAIN from unicae-shop.uk to unicae-shop.dk, but from then on when i enter my webshop adresse www.unicae-shop.dk only my webhoster page comes up " This webserver is operated by unoeuro" when i try to connect to my backoffice i can only see a total white screen. i dont know what to do. Hopefully some of you can help, looking forward to your help. Thank you ver much.
modprestashop
You need to change your domain in ps_shop_url table too. Please check ps_shop_url table in your database and chahe shop URL.

modprestashop
Are you sure you have correct Nameservers on your new domain which points to your hosting ?
Unica e-shop
Where can i check that?
modprestashop
Where can i check that? You can check that in account from where you purchased domain. You need to set Nameserver for your domain which are provided by your hosting server.

rocky
It seems you have some missing files. Make sure Core/IoC/Core_Foundation_IoC_Container.php exists on your server.
Unica e-shop
Thanks for your answer, i did found the file you mentioned in public_html/Core/Foundation/IoC so the file is there, so it cant be that the file is missing Edited September 17, 2016 by Unica e-shop (see edit history)
rocky
Sorry, if the file exists and it has class Core_Foundation_IoC_Container inside it, I can't think of any other reason you'd get that error message.

rocky
You're missing the shop_url table from your database table. Seems you're website is seriously messed up.
Unica e-shop
i just rechecked the database, and found the mentioned table (shop_url) in the database, both as cahce and noncahce one, with the correct webadresse. rocky
I suggest starting over and installing a separate version of PrestaShop in a separate directory. If that works, you can copy the data from your backup over to the working database.
Unica e-shop
and should that separate directory be a subfolder of the main folder?
rocky
Yes, so it doesn't affect the main PrestaShop installation.
Unica e-shop
what about the database should i delete it?
rocky
You can create a different database and use that. After making sure everything works with the new installation and you've copied the data from the old database, you can delete it.
Unica e-shop
should i delete the cahced files both in database and public.html folder, as i think they maybe the real reason for all this mess? Edited September 18, 2016 by Unica e-shop (see edit history)
rocky
There are no cached files in the database, but you can delete everything except the index.php files inside the cache/smarty directory and also delete cache/class_index.php. I'm not sure whether it will actually help though.
Unica e-shop
Thank you very much, i did as you suggested and finally my website is up and running, thanks to you and modprestashop, for taking out your time and helping me.
