Problem with pinterest meta tag

Hi guys,

 

I would like to know where do I have to insert the code <meta name="p:domain_verify" content= ...

generated by pinterest to verify my website.

 

The tell me to insert it the index.html, but I dont have any.

 

 (The link in pinterest that permits to generate directly an html file seems to be broken. )
