pixel tracking url HELP, i am pulling my hair out ..

Hi all , I hope somebody  can help here as we are trying to place a tracking code with  the following  variables

 

 

The order ID and the sales total / with or  with out tax on the check success page   (completed  transaction  )

 

What template file do we edit and what  code need to be added .

 

Using the latest ver plus  no template 

 

we are trying to make pixel tracking url egi www.domain.com/?order_id=$var&sale=$var
