Sarahbirdsboutique Posted September 13, 2016 Share Posted September 13, 2016 Hi all wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction for dis-allowing orders on out of stock products please I thought I had it set to deny orders but have just sold something and am now quite confused I've attached a screen shot of the product page from the back office which says deny order and a quantity of -1 also the product page as viewed from the shop which does even show the out of stock sizes in the drop down menu so how on earth did the customer manage to buy one??? I have one of the dresses in size 14 but the product page is saying 'This combination does not exist for this product. Please select another combination.' puffdade Posted September 15, 2016 Share Posted September 15, 2016 (edited) Be interested in seeing an answer to this I have over 2000 sku's and its a common problem here too, I have noticed if you do a manual order in the back office (we do this a lot for wholesale customers) it doesn't always seem to take into consideration stock amounts especially if you leave the order hanging incomplete someone in our retail store sells the product you have put on the incomplete order it will allow the sale and go through and into negative stock.
