Review not showing

Hi,

 

i have some problams with product comments. When i add "data sheet" the comments not showing. When i disable it it, shows. Sometimes when i refresh page, product comments shows a second. Anyone can help me with this, please? Version 1.6.1.6.

Check in page source is that present in HTML or not? My point is that may be it is loaded but because of some bad CSS or it is hidden after page loading by jquery as you are saying you can see it sometime. I am sure most probably there is CSS issue only. Please check that.

Is product comments standard PrestaShop module or is it some third party addon?

 

modprestashop Is most likely right about the nature of the problem.

 

If problem is caused by third party module you should ask for free support.

This is standart prestashop module.

 

The code is there, but comments don't show up.

The first thing I see when I open screenshot is:

display: none;

This code hides the information, but I have no idea why this exist.

I tested default theme and default modules and everything seems to be working for me.

I found that if i add "Data sheet", wrihte in about product section, the Comments block disapiers. So i must choose data sheet or comments box . Is there  blocks limit or what??
