burning-games
Hello everybody, Our clients have reported a very frustrating error when they try to reset their Prestashop password. When they input their email address, they get an email (password_query) with a password recovery URL. When they click on it, they are redirected to a standard "not found" browser error page and in the address bar the following text appears: %7burl%7d. When I go to the Translations>Emails section, and look into password_query, I can see (in TXT mode) that the URL directs to that weird combination above. Any idea what may be going on? Thanks in advance!
rocky
It would seem your email template has somehow become escaped. Try replacing %7burl%7d with {url} to unescape it. Also unescape any other variables you can find in the mail templates.
