[email protected]
Hi all, I have a friend who has a Prestashop installation. He is the shop owner but he is co-working with several subdelivery shops. Those subdelivery shops needs to have the same products in their shops as the shopowners. But they can have other local products that only live in their own shop. Hope that it makes sense They have tried the Multi Store module but could not get it to work as they wanted. Their structure is like the following: File structure: 1 Server - public_html - - Shopowners Prestashop folder - - Subdelivery #1 Prestashop folder - - Subdelivery #2 Prestashop folder - - Subdelivery #3 Prestashop folder (etc..) MySQL structure: 1 MySQL instance - Shopowners Prestashop database - Subdelivery #1 Prestashop database - Subdelivery #2 Prestashop database - Subdelivery #3 Prestashop database (etc..) So the shopowners practice when adding a new subdelivery shop is the following: Copying Prestashop installation to new folder i public_html, follow installation and creating new unique database on MySQL server. But how should they do the integration part, where all the subdelivery shops needs to have the same products as the shopowners Prestashop? If anyone could shed some light over that part I would be very grateful.Best regards Stig
Simonas Invertus
You have to set up web-service to synchronize products. Maybe PrestaShop API would help you?
