HAIRWEBSHOP
Hello, A customer had sent us an email saying that the total cost on her invoice is off by one cent. This also seems to be true for other invoices as well. What's going on and how do we fix this?Thank you in advance!
MacRoy
HI HAIRWEBSHOP! Go to your Back Office and select Settings, then General, then scroll down to the number of decimal. Here you can change so that you can hopefully get it to work. Regards MacRoy

jetway
We're still dealing with this problem, can someone please help us solve this? So it's always 1 Cent of? So the calculation is wrong? The first thing that comes to my mind is that you're rounding on the total. Preferences -> General-> Round Type Whats the setting there? HAIRWEBSHOP
Hello jetway, and thank you kindly for your reply. Yes it's always one cent off, a customer made us aware of the problem. At first, we were sure it was an error in the customers calculations. I left the settings on default. Round mode :"Round up away from zero when it is half way there" Round Type :"Round on each line" Numer of decimals :"2"
lucoral
Aloha, this may be a long shot, but what about the prices you have for your products? Could there be a rounding error lurking there? for example, instead of $29.990000, could there be $29.990010 or some such? Alternatively, are you applying any discounts? Maybe there is something in there??? What version of Prestashop are you using? best, Tim
