CHAUSSONS BEBES Posted September 12, 2016 Share Posted September 12, 2016 Bonjour, Ce matin je me connecte à mon site est tout aller bien, je prépare mes commandes , et en revenant sur l'ordinateur, mon site m'affiche ForbiddenYou don't have permission to access /backoffice/index.php on this server. j'ai beaucoup de commande en cours , pourriez vous m'aidez en urgence s'il vous plait ? je ne sais pas ce qu'il faut faire , à savoir que je n'ai ni acces à mon back office ni à mon site, et pour mes clients c'est pareil help s'il vous plait Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
shokinro Posted September 12, 2016 Share Posted September 12, 2016 Please check the file/folder permissions, usually it should be as following Files: 644 Folders: 755 If the permission is correct, please also check file/folder owner/group to see if it is different than other files. Forbidden You don't have permission to access /backoffice/index.php on this server. Also can't view the front end Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server. shokinro Posted January 30, 2017 Share Posted January 30, 2017 try to temporally delete (better to make a backup) following file from folder of your store or admin folder to see if there is any change. .htaccess If that does change anything, I think it is server configuration issue, it is better to contact your hosting service provider support for help.
