Bonjour, 

 

Ce matin je me connecte à mon site est tout aller bien, 

je prépare mes commandes , et en revenant sur l'ordinateur, mon site m'affiche

j'ai beaucoup de commande en cours , pourriez vous m'aidez en urgence s'il vous plait ? 

je ne sais pas ce qu'il faut faire , 

à savoir que je n'ai ni acces à mon back office ni à mon site, et pour mes clients c'est pareil

Please check the file/folder permissions, usually it should be as following

 

Files: 644

Folders: 755

 

If the permission is correct, please also check file/folder owner/group to see if it is different than other files.

 

Otherwise, you may need to contact your service provider technical support for help, - might be server configuration related.

I have the same problem. Can't login to back office. as the below error.

Also can't view the front end

try to temporally delete (better to make a backup) following file from folder of your store or admin folder to see if there is any change.

If that does change anything, I think it is server configuration issue, it is better to contact your hosting service provider support for help.
