I am using Presta 1.6.0. 9

 

I added combination of product nevertheless i get the following message:

 

"This combination does not exist for this product. Please select another combination."

Anyone know what is the solution to this?

Are you sure you added it properly? Often, users just add single attributes and that's the most common reason why it doesn't work

Thank for you answer. Yes it is single attributes - color. 

For one product (cream for different skin color) we need to add attributes it means color. 

It is possible in PrestaShop?

Yes I selected as default in the back office. See picture below. 

No it is no odd. This is simply cream dedicated into different skin colour.

I mean it's odd that it does not work. Can you try switching to the default template?
Also, are you using any override?

Yes it is odd, that it does not work.

I use default-bootstrap version 1.0.

I add some additional module but not override default theme.

It's not really a solution though. It should not display a cryptic messages like "This combination does not exist for this product. Please select another combination."

 

It should be displaying "out of stock". Something short and simple that a customer will understand.
