404 after longer operations

Hi,

so anytime I try to do something that takes more time than a few dozens seconds (I mean - things like updating thumbnails or something like that) the site goes 404, and then I don't really don't know if the photos were updated or not.

I have lots of products in my store so even when I choose only, let's say "large size" only for products, the problem occurs.

Is there something wrong with my server? I don't know - some setting adjusting seconds after it resets? How can I handle it?

You can edit your php.ini file and increase the max_execution_time as much as your host will allow. If that doesn't work, you'll just have to keep clicking the "Regenerate thumbnails" button with "Erase previous images" set to "No" until you finally get a "Thumbnail regeneration successful" message.
