jscustom
I am having another major issue.. A couple of days ago I logged into my backend as usual to edit a product and am now getting this error: (timeout)A server error occurred while loading the tabs: some tabs could not be loaded. Please try again by refreshing the page.If you are still encountering this problem, please check your server logs or contact your hosting provider for assistance. Nothing has been changed by me, I had not touched the site in a week or so, the only thing I did before that was a manual backend order which I have done many times before. No changes to any preferences or settings. I asked my provider to check the server logs and they came back with this: Can you please be in touch with Pretashop once ? I've checked the error logs and got below error -===========================================================================================[07-Sep-2016 19:12:11 Australia/Sydney] PHP Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /home/jscustom/public_html/store/cache/smarty/compile/6d/fe/fc/6dfefc41181caf03e99173c927a276d66ac5fc44.file._select_payment.tpl.php on line 30===========================================================================================Please ask them if they are any server settings which are needed to be done at our end, feel free to provide me those settings, If possible I'll add those for you. I tried an update to see if that made a difference but same error still. On top of this, customers are still having problems with the store randomly kicking them out back to the web root, and not being able to get back into the store which I have never been able to resolve. Clearing Cache and Cookies gets me back into the store but this is unrealistic to expect customers to do and has cost me a lot of sales. No one has been able to help with this problem either. I'm about ready to get rid of Prestashop and start from scratch with something else. This is unfortunate as I like Prestashop and have spent so much time creating the site and would lose all my sales history. Any help would be greatly appreciated. rocky
Download the file cache/smarty/compile/6d/fe/fc/6dfefc41181caf03e99173c927a276d66ac5fc44.file._select_payment.tpl.php from your server and check the comment at the top to see the file it was compiled from. That should tell you which module's TPL file is causing the problem. You'll then need to debug that file.
