Can't save Product features and can't Associate Supplier to a product

Hi All,

 

I am encountering problem with my product encoding all is working in encoding/saving product except for associating a supplier and adding features to product when I click save and stay it will go back to Product catalogue list it must be stay on my encoding section. Is there any problem with my database?

Open Firebug and check the AJAX requests the console tab to make sure the supplier and features tabs are loading correctly. Maybe there will be an error message there that will help.

Hi Rocky, I will try to trace it using firebug I will let you know my findings.

Hi Rocky, as per running firebug there is no error message or any upon loading the features page. I am now okay with associating supplier I just clear my cache but the features same issue occurs. See attached image file.

Sorry, if the Features tab is opening without error, I don't know why it wouldn't save.
