PS1.6.16 - Missing module php_pdo.dll ? Do I need worry

I have recently noticed an error message coming up when logging into admin.

 

[09-Sep-2016 17:29:23 UTC] PHP Warning:  PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'c:/wamp/bin/php/php5.5.12/ext/php_pdo.dll' - The specified module could not be found.

 

Is this something I need worry about, as everything seems to work OK.

if it's ok ,just comment the php_pdo.dll extension in php.in file,
