add third category under address (state, city)

Hello everyone, 

 

My name is Rafael Rosas i am from Peru and I am new to prestashop.

After purchasing a theme (alysum) from themeforest I find myself with the following issue regarding my customers filling the adreess space:

 

1. In the US you under address you have State (scroll down menu) and City (scroll down menu) one dependent on the other. Total of 2 categories

 

2. In Peru we have Departamento (scroll down menu), Provincia (scorll down menu) and Distrito (scorll down menu) each one dependent on the previous one.

 

How do i create this new field?

 

1. is there a module for this?

2. do I have to override the code?

3. does prestashop back office contemplate this?
