Search console redirect italian language url to en Url

With prestashop 1.6.0.9 i am working for a shop that has to language installed italian and englih. 

 

The Seo&Url redirect setting is 301, but from Google search console when i try  to "see as google see" with the /it, it redirects me to the /en url like:

http://www.milstorm.com/it/

In Front office everything work good, but for SEO this could be a problem, the shop is italian.

 

Could somebody know why it happens?

I saw that the problem is the 301 option in seo&url, when i deactive that with no redirection option, Google see the right url, otherwise Google see url with /en instead /it, like is an english site, but it s not, is italiano site.

Somebody knows how ti risolve it

when cookie cleared first visit to /it serves me /en

 

that is not right...if I think of something I come back....

I can't activate 301 option, otherwise google does note index home page...
