We are all set with our online store but stumbled on this problem when we noticed that taxes (24%) and shipping fees that are created with my windows computer show correctly on my laptop but doesn´t show at all on my business partners mac. Everything in back office are exactly the same on our computers and I tried making a new tax rule with her mac in case it would help but nothing. The same with shipping fees they show normally on mine but but when we check the store with her mac it shows zero taxes and zero shipping fees? Teapot Creative Posted September 16, 2016 Share Posted September 16, 2016 Hi If you are using Prestashop 1.6.1 then there is a setting in localisations which determines the users demographics based on the browser.
