Change the size of TMmega menu

I ahve this site www.turboworld.dk

 

I want to change the bar where the tmmenu bar is placed, i need to move up the cart icon and make the blue bar half size, but how can i do that?, is that done from theme configuration or how?

it will be a little complicated

you need to move cart block div to div ph_megamenu_block

 

 

then menu will have correct height and cart will be aligned properly.

Thank you very much, how is this done practically,should i open some file, or can i do that from backend by moving some hooks, im a pretty new to this framework

Another way is to just remove the blue bar over the cart icon, is that easer to solve.
