[SOLVED][PrestaShopDatabaseException] jjsmarty_lazy_cache is read only

Hello All, I need help for this problem, im not developer, when there's problem im always search first the solve in this forum, but this time im really stuck and can't find the answer, thanks before

 

I can't login to back office stuck at loading and at front show this message

I don't know what happened but its already back to normal now
