Prestashop makes instantily double order (it's the same order)

Good morning, 

 

It's the second time when I order (or someone else) and Prestashop "doubled" the order (instantly).. and it make me pay double (wherever I ordered only one). 

 

Why?

If you didn't made any code alteration with overrides, than certainly you have installed an extra (paid/free non native module) which is making this dublettes. Disable all not native paymen and shipping modules you have installed, which are not native and try to find-out which is causing the problem.

 

If you made code alterations: put them back to original, by deactivating them.

 

1) You can deactivate boths with two mosue clicks. Go to tab: "advance paramaeters -> performance -> debug mode -> disable non Prestashop modules = YES, disable overrides= YES, -> save.

 

2) Delete than smarty cache at same tab on the right top, button "clear cache", and the browser cache  and cookie session of your browser with F5.

 

3) Try to place a new test order.
