Trouble with the theme

I have installed 1.6.1.6 and also bought a theme for it. When I have installed the new theme it works OK but it seems there is something that is not quite right that I can't delete.

Just under the slider it seems to be a module that shows cartegories, you can see the button "NYA ANKOMSTER"

 

But the same module that belongs to the theme comes under, you see the All-button. Using the Live Change option I can't see a way to delete the extra module.

 

If needed I can give someone the admin login over mail, the shop is far from ready and has just two test products in it

There is no slider, but I guess you are referring to the tabbed modules. It seems like there are two labels but only one tab, is that category empty or something like that?
