Problems with Add-to-Cart Function, Checkout and Logout

Dear Community

 

I really need your help. I am running the website http://shop.capewine.eu via Prestashop Cloud (1.6.0.14).

 

Today I was informed by one of my clients that he was unable to add products to the cart on the detailed product page (however it was still possible to add products from the main page).

 

Furthermore the client reported that if he wants to continue to the checkout page nothing is happening. On top he can't sign out anymore...

 

I have checked the issues and encountered the same problems. Deactivation of the purchased modules and clearing the cache has not helped so far.

Did you solve it by loading the cart? It is not too user-friendly.

 

I think it was caused by a JavaScript error on the product detail page.

sorry for the late reply. No I have not properly solved the problem; what I did is to deactivate the overrides (Debug Mode). This solution is however causing other modules to work improperly.

 

I am still hoping to find a better fix...

It must be caused by a module. Try to disable ony-by-one (temporarily rename their folders under /modules).
