Hide prices doesn't work

Hello,

i've disabled "Show Prices" inside Groups setting but the prices are still displayed sitewide

 

is it a bug? is not the effect of disable that setting?

What theme are you using?

 

Also; Are you sure you've placed the customer in that group AND selected that group as default, right underneath?

a custom  theme ( newyork ) , but with the default it's the same

I've disabled prices for ALL groups ( the 3 default ones ) in purpose of testing, and the group selector doesn't appear i don't know why ( in my previous project i had a multishop, i think that with single shop you can't select the default groups ? )
