Knowband Plugins
Please try repeating the steps after enabling error debugging for your PrestaShop store and post the errors that are generated in this process, so that we can guide you accordingly. FYI, to enable error debugging you can follow the steps below. - open file: config/defines.inc.php (using FTP or hosting control panel) - change false-->true: define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false); define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true);

Vegaanders
After contact with the web host the sent me this from the error log [Tue Aug 30 01:39:02 2016] [error] [client 10.20.14.75] PHP Fatal error: Class 'Tools' not found in /is/htdocs/wp1056976_WBEUPQYB83/jvmaskin/classes/PrestaShopAutoload.php on line 168 Line 167-169 // $filename_tmp couldn't be written. $filename should be there anyway (even if outdated), no need to die. else { Tools::error_log('Cannot write temporary file '.$filename_tmp); } It seems to me that this error has followed the Prestashop through many versions without being addressed. If I Google there is many pages with the same problem and no solution in sight Anyone that can help? Knowband Plugins
Try replacing the following line: Tools::error_log('Cannot write temporary file '.$filename_tmp); With error_log('Cannot write temporary file '.$filename_tmp); It might fix the issue.
tuk66
Try to remove the /cache/class_index.php file. Sometimes, PrestaShop fails to create the right class index.
