Front and back both office error and white blank page

Hello Dear,

I am new in prestashop

i install and run presta last 2 month. unfortunately  last night its going blank page totally blank .. i can't access back office properly. after few research and edit config.ini for view error i got  'PrestaShopDatabaseException Table' .. details in attached image .. i need a quick solution for it thank you

It is about the failing tmmediaparallax module. Try to rename the /modules/tmmediaparallax directory to get your access back.
