wie kann ich die Mobilfunknummer im Registrierungsformular entfernen?

You can go to Preferences  > Customers and change "Phone number is mandatory" to "No" and then click "Save". The phone number will then become optional.

 

If you want to remove the phone number altogether, you'll need to edit each of your active countries on the Localization > Countries tab and remove the phone numbers from the address formats. If that doesn't work, you'll need to manually edit address.tpl, authentication.tpl and order-opc-new-account.tpl in your theme's directory to remove the phone numbers.
